Bubó pâtisserie is the result of the collaboration with the designer Ernest Ameller. After studying chef Carles Mampel’s pastry creations, little gems with a careful aesthetic charge, a decision was taken: the story line in creating this space would be inspired in a jewelry store.
The approach, blunt, was to contrast the space with the pieces to be exhibited. That is, working with black, technical and minimal materials to contrast with the color, organic and complex appearance of Carles Mampel creations.
All the store was planned as a great exposition open to pedestrians who pass by Santa Maria del Mar.
